Company collects personally identifiable information to, among other things provide you with information about products and services that are relevant to you.  The Company collects personally identifiable information when you provide it to us by registering or submitting one of our online forms.  Once you register with or submit an online form, you are no longer anonymous to us. When you register to use the Site or submit an online form, the Company collects personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, address, email address, and telephone number.  While not all of these are required for the Site services to function, we are better able to serve you if you volunteer complete and accurate information.  Users who complete the registration process can take full advantage of the Site's offerings.  We may use personally identifiable information for a variety of purposes, including but not limited to:

3. What organization is collecting the information?
When you register at or submit an online form, your information is collected and maintained by the Company, unless specifically stated otherwise at the point of collection.  Be aware that sponsors of and other advertisers may have links on the Site that take you to external sites.  Some of these sites may collect personally identifiable information from you and may use cookies and web beacons in their advertisements to collect certain information from you.  This Privacy Policy does not cover third-party data collection practices, and the Company is not responsible or liable for any actions of third parties. 

4. Will the Company share my information?
The Company will not share your personally identifiable information with any third-party advertiser or marketing organization without first receiving your consent, unless (a) we are working with other companies to provide you with information, products or services that you have requested, (b) Company reasonably believes that your personally identifiable information should be shared to respond to a subpoena, court order or other legal process, or (c) your actions violate the law, our Site's Terms of Use, or threaten the rights or safety of the Company or any other person.   If you use the products or services of the Company's business partners, you grant us permission to send your personally identifiable information to such business partner.  Our business partner's use of such information is governed by their respective privacy policies.  Additionally, we may share non-personally identifiable information with anyone for any legal purpose, including with advertisers, investors, and in the course of making presentations.  If Company or is acquired by or merged with another entity, Company may transfer personally identifiable information about you to that company. 

5. What about advertisements?
Advertisers on the Site are allowed to gather information using cookies and other non-personally identifiable tracking technologies.  Except as specifically set forth in this Privacy Policy or elsewhere on the Site, the Company does not share your personally identifiable information with advertisers.  Advertisers on the Site cannot identify you personally unless you register with them or specifically provide such information.  Our advertiser's use of information they collect on our Site is governed by the advertiser's respective privacy policies, not by the Site's Privacy Policy. 

6. What are my options?

7. What kinds of security procedures are in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information in Company's control?
Company uses commercially reasonable security measures to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of your user data under our control.  While we cannot guarantee that loss, misuse, or alteration to data will not occur, we take commercially reasonable precautions to prevent such unfortunate occurrences.  You are ultimately responsible for the security of your login name and password.  Please take care when using and storing them.  Company recommends that you do not divulge your password to anyone.  You should log out of your browser at the end of each computer session to ensure that others cannot access your personal information and correspondence. 

8. How will I know if the Privacy Policy changes?
